ReplyDeleteI've been craving banana cake for days - must have linked to this back in Jan but forgot all about it so it was an exciting surprise when I searched my links and found it. :) Made some 'healthy' (aka - "guilt reducing so I can have more!") substitutions (reduced sugar and replaced with dried cane juice and whole cane sugar, replaced most of the flour with white whole wheat, tossed in some oats and walnuts). Definitely qualifies as a breakfasty cake now - but the first piece was dessert tonight - thanks!
