Cascade Platinum Review

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Cascade. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.

I'm not going to lie... I  hate doing dishes. It's one of my least favorite chores in the house. But, do you know what I do love? Clean dishes. Since I cook so much I spend a lot of time doing the dishes. It definitely seems like it takes longer to clean the dishes than it does to mess them up. Plus, it seems like most of the time is spent pre-washing the dishes before I even put them in the dish washer. It would probably be faster to just finish washing them! This is why I was super thrilled when I got the chance to try out the brand new Cascade Platinum Pacs. Thanks to Moms Central, I got to get my dishes nice and sparkling clean with pre-washing, which is a major plus for me. 

The first thing I noticed about the Cascade Platinum Pacs was that my dishwasher seemed unusually clean after the fist use, as did the dishes! As a food blogger who tends to experiment with all things delicious, sticky, greasy... well... you get the point, it is vital that my dishes get nice and clean after each use, without having to soak or scrub first. It is also important that my glassware comes out spotless as I regular post pictures on my blog, Facebook and Instagram and presentation is key. These little guys did an amazing job!  Gail Simmons (Top Chef judge and editor of Food+Wine magazine) is working with Cascade and is explaining exactly why presentation is so important and how Cascade Platinum Pacs can get the job done.
